Tips and Notes
• Fruit juices contain a lot of fruit sugar. Diabetics should therefore only
consume limited amounts. If you are unsure, consult your doctor.
• Almost all types of fruit and vegetables can be juiced using the device. The
more water the fruit / vegetables contain, the more juice can be squeezed
out. Types of fruit and vegetables that do not contain water such as bananas
or avocados are not suitable for juicing.
• The juice from some foods such as beetroot, blackcurrants etc. is very strong.
We recommend diluting these juices with water.
• Use fruit that is as ripe as possible to produce a particularly large amount
of juice.
• Remove the peel from fruit and vegetables with hard peels (e.g. melon, man-
go, citrus fruits etc.) prior to juicing.
• Stone fruit (e.g. cherries, plums, peaches etc.) must have the stones re-
moved prior to juicing.
• Fruit and vegetables with thin peel (e.g. apples, pears, carrots etc.) do not
need to be peeled. We recommend that you do not remove the peel in this
case as it contains valuable vitamins.
• If necessary, cut the fruit / vegetables up into small pieces so that they easily
fi
t into the feed chute.
