• The device will only activate if the cover is completely fixed on the juice collecting
container using the retaining bracket!
• If you notice that the device starts to slow down while juicing, turn it off and
disconnect the mains plug from the socket. Now remove the cover and clean the
sieve as described under “Cleaning and Storage”.
• Put long vegetables such as carrots with the pointy end first into the fill chute.
Cleaning and Storage

Attention! Prior to removing the accessories, always disconnect
the plug from the socket!

The sieve has been equipped with sharp blades. When cleaning,
proceed with caution. Beware of injury!
❐
Do not submerge the motor casing in water and do not rinse it off
under running water.
❐
Clean the accessories thoroughly with warm water and/or a mild
detergent immediately after each use. Do not let any leftover
fruits or vegetables dry.

Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.

Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the electrical socket.
2.
Release the retaining bracket and remove the cover.
3.
Remove the pulp container.
4.
Pull the juice collecting container together with the cutting sieve up from the motor casing
and and clean them with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Use a the clean
-
ing brush for the sieve.
5. Also clean the plunger, the cover, and the pulp container with warm water and a small
amount of detergent.
6.
When needed, wipe the motor casing with a damp cloth and if necessary, use a small amount
of detergent.
7. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling them or before you stow the device.
• Store the device out of the reach of children.
Except the motor casing all parts are suitable for the dishwasher.
Some types of fruits or vegetables may discolour the plastic parts. Rub them with a
small amount of cooking oil and then wash them thoroughly. It is, however, possible
that the discolouration cannot be (completely) removed.
