10. Let the oven cool off. Clean it and the accessories used afterwards (see
chapter “Cleaning”). Do not allow any leftover food to dry on the device.
Baking with the pizza stone
1. Open the glass door and slide the grate (

) or the baking sheet (

) into the
bottom, middle or top track as needed.
2. Place the food on the pizza stone and put it on the baking sheet/grate in the
oven. Close the oven glass door.
3. Switch the top heat (
–
) and/or bottom and top heat (
=
) on (

4. Set the temperature control (

) to the desired temperature. Turn it clockwise
for this purpose.
5. To start baking, set the desired time with the timer (

) (no more than 60
minutes). The
POWER
control light (

) will be illuminated after setting the
timer.
If the timer is set
0
, the oven will not switch on.
6. Once the set time has expired, a sound will be emitted and the device will
automatically stop the heat supply.
7. If you would like to stop the baking process prematurely, turn the timer to the
0 position to switch off the device.
8. Once the baking process is complete, pull the plug out of the socket.
9. Open the door and carefully remove the pizza stone.
Attention!
Burn hazard attributed to hot pizza stone!
Never touch
the hot pizza stone with bare hands after removing it from the oven.
Wear kitchen gloves instead!
10. Let the oven, the baking sheet or grate and pizza stone cool off. Then clean
all parts (see chapter “Cleaning”). Do not allow any leftover food to dry on
the device.

Let the device cool off
each time before you clean it.
• Risk to life due to electrical shock!
Prior to each cleaning, pull the mains
plug out of the socket. Never submerge the device, the mains cord, and the
plug in water. Never place the device in the dishwasher.
• Do not spray any cleaners directly on the device. Do not use any glass clean-
ers.
