• Do not leave the device unattended when in operation!
• Always pull on the plug itself and never on the mains cord!
• Only use the device in enclosed areas.
• Do not use the device in rooms containing easily

ammable
dust or toxic and explosive vapours.
• Do not operate the device in very moist environment or in the
vicinity of
fl
ammable material.
• Fire hazard! Make sure that foods containing large amounts of
oil and fat do not overheat and therefore catch
fi
re.
• In case of
fi
re: Immediately pull the mains plug out of the socket.
Smother the
fl
ames with a
fi
re blanket or similar. Do not continue to
use the device. Dispose of it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
• Do not cover the device during operation to prevent a risk of
fi
re.
• Do not place
fl
ammable materials (e.g. cardboard, plastic, paper
or candles) on or in the device.
• Never use the device on a stove top or if a gas source is nearby.
• For your own safety, always check the device for damages prior
to using it. Only use the device if the device, mains cord and the
plug do not exhibit any damages!
• Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on or
plugged in to the mains supply. Pull the mains plug in case of
longer breaks.
• Do not make any modi
fi
cations to the device. Also do not replace
the mains cord yourself. Only have the device, cord and plug re-
paired by a quali
fi
ed workshop. Contact customer service if nec-
essary. Improper repairs could pose serious risks for the user.
Avoiding damage to materials, property and the device
• Always place the device on a dry, level, solid and heat-resistant
surface with adequate space of approx. 10 cm on all sides and
30 cm of overhead space.
• Make sure that the back side of the device is always located no
more than 10 cm away from a heat-resistant wall.
