design and durable products. This GoodHome brand product has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing
defects from the date of purchase (if purchased in-store) or the delivery date (if purchased on the Internet). ), at no additional cost
for normal domestic use (non-commercial or professional).
To file a claim under this warranty, you must present your proof of purchase (receipt, purchase invoice or other evidence admissi-
ble under applicable law). Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. For this warranty to apply, the product you have purchased
must be new. The warranty does not apply to used products or exhibition models. Except as otherwise required by applicable
law, any replacement product provided under this warranty will only be warranted until the original warranty period expires.
This warranty covers failures and malfunctions of the product, provided that the product has been used in accordance with the
purpose for which it was designed, installed, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the information contained in these
terms and conditions. only in the user manual, and in accordance with the practice, provided that these do not conflict with the
user manual.
This warranty does not cover defects and damage caused by normal wear and tear, or damage that may result from improper
use, faulty installation or assembly, or negligence, accident, mishap or damage. misuse or modification of the product. Unless
otherwise provided by applicable law, this warranty does not cover incidental costs (shipping, transportation, removal and
relocation costs, labor, etc.), or direct or indirect damages.
If the product is defective, we undertake, within a reasonable time, to replace it.
This warranty is valid in the country where you purchased this product. Any warranty claim should be directed to the store where
you purchased this product.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the law, without affecting them.
If you bought this product in France, in addition to this commercial guarantee, the seller remains bound to respect the legal
guarantee of conformity envisaged by the articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Code of the consumption and the articles which
concern the vices hidden of the thing sold under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.
The distributor from whom you purchased this product is responsible for any lack of conformity or defect in the product, in accor-
dance with these provisions.
Under Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code, when the buyer asks the seller, during the duration of the commercial guarantee
that was granted to him during the acquisition or repair of a movable property, a refurbishment covered by the warranty, any
period of immobilization of at least seven days is added to the duration of the warranty that remains to run. This period runs from
the request for intervention of the buyer or the provision for repair of the property in question, if this provision is subsequent to
the request for intervention. Legal guarantee of conformity (extract of the Code of the consumption): Article L217-4 of the Code
of the consumption - the salesman must deliver a good in conformity with the contract and answers for the defects of conformity

it a lesser price, had he known it. Article 1648 of the Civil Code (paragraph 1) - Any claim resulting from latent defects must be
made by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect.
