Choosing a Cooking Mode
• From the Main Menu, choose the Cooking Mode Key to enter the Heating Menu.
• The Cooking Mode options are now shown on the Left Touch Screen, and are across two pages.
Swipe left or right to access both pages.
• Touch the icon of the required Cooking Mode from the table above and the two displays will now
show the individual controls available in that mode.
TURN AND TOUCH
Quick Tip: From the Main Menu, just turn the 360° Control Knob clockwise or anti-clockwise and you
will gain instant access to the Standard Cooking Mode at its default temperature of 180°C. Touch the
Start Cooking Key and the oven will start instantly.
