Loose the screw on the side of the blade guard and loose the screw at the front of the blade

guard until the blade guard can pivot to access the tool.

•

Loose the left threaded hexagonal nut on the motor shaft and remove the outer flange and the

tool.

•

Clean the tool shaft and flanges and inspect for wear.

•

Mount the new blade. Make sure the tool rotation is correct and the bore corresponds to the shaft

diameter.
