The Auto Weight Defrost feature
is an accurate defrosting method
for frozen meat, poultry and fish
up to 5.9lbs.
The oven automatically deter
mines required defrosting times
for each food item according to
the weight you enter.
Simply tell the oven the type of
your frozen food and enter the
food weight. The oven calculates
the rest.
EXAMPLE:
To defrost 1,2lbs of
ground beef, select Meat Menu and
enter the weight.

STOP/CLEAR.

DEFROST 1.
"AUTO", "DEF"
and
"MEAT"
indicator appears in the display
and ENTER, and WEIGHT
indicator flashes.

For added convenience, the
Auto Weight Defrost Feature
contains a built-in beep mecha
nism that lets you check, turn
over, separate or rearrange as
recommended in the Auto
Defrosting AUTO WEIGHT
DEFROST GUIDE.
Three different defrosting levels
are provided:

POULTRY
3
FISH
3. Enter the weight by touching [1]
and [2].

ENTER indicator flashed and
START indicator appears.

START.
Defrosting starts.
The display changes to defrost
time count down.
START
The oven will beep during the
DEFROST cycle. At this time, open
the door, and turn, separate, or rear
range the food. Remove any por
tions that have thawed. Return
frozen portions to the oven and
touch START to resume the defrost
cycle.
The oven will not "STOP" during the
BEEP unless the door is opened.
