Batteries flat

Contacts between the unit and
the charging stand are dirty
Wipe and clean dirt from
contacts after unplugging

Check fuse or breaker. Replace
fuse/reset breaker
Motorised head
will not work
The two metal pins of the
motorised head are not in
contact with the vacuum cleaner
Firmly insert the motorised head
into the air intake nozzle. This
will connect the motorised
nozzle to the unit power supply.
Motorised head is clogged up
Remove all lint, hair, etc. from
motorised brush
Unit will not pick
up, or suction is
weak
Dust cup container is full
Empty dust cup container
Dust cup filter needs cleaning or
replacement
Remove dust cup filter and
check for object(s) in air duct
and remove. Clean or replace
dust cup filter
Unit needs recharging
Charge unit
Dust escaping
from unit
Dust cup container is full

Dust cup filter is not installed
