Assembly instructions
Before beginning assembly of product
, make sure all parts are present by comparing
parts with components list. Remove all packaging and promotional labels before
assembling Stand Mixer, including the protective plug cover, which may present a
choking hazard for children. Clean all parts gently to remove any manufacturing residue.
The bowl for your Goldair mixer is made from stainless steel. While it is very durable,
stainless steel does require care to maintain its good looks.
Before first use:
hand wash, rinse and thoroughly dry your stainless steel bowl to
remove any manufacturing residue.

Place the mixer base on a level, dry surface. The mixer motor head should be in the
horizontal position. (Fig.1)

Depress the small knob (4) and raise the mixer motor head until it locks into place.

Place the mixing bowl according to the direction on the base. Turn clockwise to
secure. (Fig.3)

Put the bowl lid with pouring chute on the bowl,(Fig.4) Fix and align properly with
bowl (Fig.5)
