SUBTITLE :
subtitle key shows/hides subtitles of channel. When the subtitle key is
pressed,subtitle ON/OFF message is displayed. If the channel has Teletext-Subtitles broad
-
casting, you should open the teletext and select the subtitle page, which should be displayed
on the screen.
INFO KEY
When INFO key pressed, and when changing channels the information window is displayed on
the lower part of the screen. The small bar indicates the program duration. On the channel info
window there are
• Current event name next event name, and their start and end times.
• Program duration bar
• Program mode (TV or Radio)
• Channel number
• Name of the channel
The second press of the info button brings up a box containing a brief description of the cur
-
rently viewed programme.
You can now use the > button to change the programme description to that of the next pro
-
gramme on the current channel.
If you highlight the next programme and press the OK key, you will set the reminder for the
next programme and if you press the RECORD key, you will set the timer for the next pro
-
gramme.
BLUE KEY (LANGUAGE KEY - MULTI AUDIO SERVICES)
The LANG. key allows selecting another sound track of the present program. When the lan
-
guage key is pressed a menu is displayed showing the number of possible audio languages
for TV and tracks for Radio program available. The user is allowed to navigate using
/
keys and select with OK key. If an audio language support Dolby digital output, “AC3” expres
-
sion is seen at the end of the audio language name. With this key, you can also select the
subtitle language.
NOTE:
Before beginning with the recording, with the BLUE key, you have to select the recording
language.
YELLOW KEY (AUDIO MODE SELECTIONS)
The YELLOW key (LRS) will toggle the sound mode. The mode is stereo as default. If the user
wants to listen to only the left or right audio channel, the sound mode can be changed with
this key. On single sound channel modes (left or right channel) same sound channel will be
switched to both left and right outputs. When the mode is changed an appropriate OSD will be
displayed for a while. And this will be stored for this program to be able to switch to requested
audio mode next time.
