This omits the existing weekly programming in the control,
however does not delete it.
Delay timer when the manual mode is selected, at the
desired time using the "Timer" parameter, a stop can
be set up if the equipment is running or a start-up if the
equipment is not running.
NOTE: THE DELAY TIMER operates once only
