Daily use

Before starting up the fire, check that the firegrate is free of any remains. If 
necessary this must be cleaned first.  By pressing the  – button you can see the 
selected temperature and by pressing the + button  you can see the selected 
power level. Press the 1/0 button on the display to start the appliance. You will 
then see the light go on for the auger and ignition. After a few minutes the pellets 
are lit and the stove regulates itself according to the selected power level.  When 
ignition does not occur check to see if there are still any remains in the fire grate 
(all holes in the grate must be free). Make sure there are sufficient pellets in the 
tank. Depending on the appliance or the settings the appliance will change from 
high to low levels within the selected power level. The stove switches off when the 
correct level is reached and switches on again when the temperature drops below 
the selected level. Certain appliances do not change levels but burn constantly at 
the selected power level.

Important remarks

Make sure all relevant details, such as model serial number and the date of first 
use are specified on the information sheet on page 13. In case of using the 
guarantee and for supplying spare parts at a later date, we need these details, 
including the bill of purchase of the appliance. Please keep all documents 
supplied with your appliance safely as they are important for our client service, for 
the next owner or your chimney sweeper.
