MAINTAINANCE
CLEANING
The propeller, guard, and motor should be cleaned periodically
to prevent overheating, and/or operating in an imbalanced
condition.
If cleaning is required remove guard and reinstall when finished
in its originally installed position. Do not repair propeller if it
becomes damaged. The propeller is accurately balanced at the
factory and should be replaced if damaged.
Motor is permanently lubricated.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that propeller is replaced in correct
direction as factory installed.
Parts replacement and troubleshooting
to be performed only by qualified personnel.
Prior to cleaning, unplugged and
disconnectedfrom power source.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Unit fails to operate
1. Power cord not plugged in
2. Blown fuse or open circuit breaker
3. No power
4. Defective motor
1. Plug into outlet
2. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker

Excessive vibration
1. Mounting guard screws are torqued insufficiently
2. Propeller imbalance due to accumulation
of dirt, etc.
1. Torque the nuts to 15-20 in. lbs.
2. Clean propeller

TO ADJUST AIRFLOW UPWARD OR DOWNWARD:
1. Loosen the position knob.
2. Tilt the air circulator to the desired angle and then firmly tighten
the the position knob.
