INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
USE
Before attempting to operate the equipment thoroughly wash the inside of the cooking vessel
During operation, keep under control the appliance.
If you encounter a dispersion or other similar disorders, which represent a potential source of danger, you have to turn
off the power and contact your service representative.
4.1
Filling
the
tank
firing
The filling of the cooking vessel is achieved through the water dispenser, opening the tap water: it is recommended to
not fill above the level mark stamped on the tank wall.
4.2
Power
Turn
the
main
switch
on
the
appliance.
Set
the
thermostat
from
"0"
to
the
desired
temperature
between
45
°
and
295
°
C:
the
indicator
lights
are
lit,
the
green
one
indicates
that
the
device
is
in
tension,
the
orange
one
indicates
that
the
resistances
are
inserted;
as
soon
as
it
reaches
this
temperature
light
goes
off.
The
heating
system
will
only
work
if
the
tank
is
fully
lowered.

4.3
Tipping
device
The tilting device serves to facilitate the emptying of the tank.
In equipment in manual tilting, this device is actuated by the handwheel positioned on the right side in the front part.
By turning the handwheel counterclockwise tub gets up, turning it clockwise the tank is lowered.
In overturning electrical equipment, this device is actuated by turning the selector switch on the front panel: keep the
switch turned to the right or to the left until it reaches the position desisderata.
Pressing the red emergency stop button switches off the braising pan and blocks the movement of tipping.
