Carry out the test with clean needles, clean nozzle and clean device. After filling the tank with
liquid, we recommend at least ten spraying cycles before checking the total volume being
sprayed in order to determine the exact ratio between set value and actual volume of liquid
being sprayed.
In fact the pump always carried out the number of rotations you have programmed, while the
sprayed quantity also depends on the liquid viscosity and the load losses of the nozzle.
Notes
Always set the required value on the device (whenever you switch it on, the default setting is
fixed and could be different from the requirements).
During the operation always check the needle is not clogged, which could modify both the
spraying time and sprayed quantity alike.
Clean the appliance thoroughly after each use.
Always cap all the needles after use and after cleaning.
The lithium ion batteries do not have the unpleasant “memory effect” that plagued NI-Cd bat-
teries. Therefore we recommend you charge them after each operating cycle. This will extend
the battery life and avoid being interrupted while working because of voltage loss.
When the batteries are fully charged (charger lamp green) we recommend you unplug the
battery charger even if there would be no overload risks.
