LI-ION BATTERY PACK (Built into hand vacuum cleaner)

The battery is the power source for the appliance. When it is connected to
the appliance, DO NOT carry the appliance with your finger on the power
button.
• DO NOT charge the appliance with the power on.
• Disconnect the hand vacuum cleaner from the main body before making
any adjustments, cleaning or troubleshooting.
• Use only the battery and charger supplied with this vacuum cleaner.
• When not in use, keep battery away from all metal objects.
• DO NOT expose battery to temperatures above 266

F.
• DO NOT store the battery in temperatures below 37.4

F or above 104
°
F.
ASSEMBLY
1. Unfold and straighten the main body
until the handle “clicks” into place.
2. Insert the brush head into the
the bottom of the main body.
To release the head again,
press the button shown in figure A.
3. Make sure the lock shown in figure B
is in place. This secures the roller brush.

CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER
1. Attach the power cord to the charging base and plug
it into an electrical outlet.
2. Hold the vacuum in a vertical position and set the
brush head down onto the charging base as shown in
figure C. The vacuum will hang on the charging base and
remain upright. The battery indicator lights will flash
when the battery is charging.
3. Charging is complete when the battery indicator lights
shine steadily. Charging time may take 4–5 hours.
