HOW TO OPERATE

ATTACHMENTS:

1. Right and left beaters are interchangeable. As you face the bottom of the 

    mixer, either beater will fit in either hole.

2. The dough hooks are NOT interchangeable. To operate correctly, the 

    hook with the extra disc must go in the left hole (as you face the bottom 

    of the mixer). 

USING YOUR HAND MIXER:

1. Place a bowl and your mixer on a dry, level and secure work surface.

2. Ensure that the mixer is unplugged and the hand mixer 5-speed switch is 

    OFF.

3. Per your recipe, insert the beaters or the dough hooks into the bottom of 

    the mixer until they click into place. 

4. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.

5. Put the ingredients in a mixing bowl per recipe instructions.

6. Hold bowl securely, lower the beaters/hooks into the bowl and start the 

    mixer by pushing the switch to speed 1. Increase speed, as needed, per 

    recipe instructions.

7. When finished mixing, turn the hand mixer to OFF and unplug.

8. Press EJECT to release the beaters/hooks.
