Check to make sure the upright is plumb.
If need be, carefully adjust the nuts on the four posts stick
up from the base.
Only adjust two nuts at a time and make small adjustments.
Use these to adjust the upright to plumb.

Loosen both screws before adjusting the set screw.
Use this set screw to adjust the position of the v-wheels.
FINE TUNING
Check to make sure the carriage is level.
If need be, carefully adjust screws that attach the gussets
to the wheel trucks. First loosen the two screws. Then
adjust the set screws. Finally, retighten the two screws.
Make small adjustments.
Making the carriage hug the upright too tightly can make
it difficult to move up and down.
