If the site has more than one kiosk, verify if the symptoms are for one or all.
Screen black, check connections and power. Display has power but is not
displaying orders, check connections at KMS interface (MicroPlus
solution), verify whether the gender mender A is used with B for each kiosk
and power to interface, reset interface and monitor. If connections and
configurations are fine, it may have bad cable or gender mender. If some
kiosk transactions are displayed, but not all, check connections for each
individual kiosk at the monitor interface and at kiosk printer. Reset monitor
interface and reboot kiosk.

Express Ordering software
Confirm MicroPlus EPAD is connected to customer network. Run Ping test
to confirm you can ping component from Kiosk 001. If no IP address
configured on MicroPlus,

If the
connections are correct, you need to make sure that MicroPlus is
connected with Express Ordering. During Express Ordering installation,
there is a tab related to the IP addressing of the MicroPlus KMS system. If
this was ignored, you will need assistance from Gilbarco/Xpedient Help
Desk to get this configured. If Kitchen Monitor is working with primary Kiosk
(001) but not secondary kiosks, you need to edit file to add remote printer
to secondary kiosks. This was detailed above in Kitchen Monitor setup. You
will need to edit the %localappdata%\xpedient\kiosk\kioskconfiguration.xml
to address the issue.
