Installation Checklists
To ensure that proper and safe operation of all equipment and to maintain warranty coverage it
is required that MDE-4226 Encore/Eclipse Installation Checklist (Form A) be completed at
this time. The
Mechanical and Hydraulic Related Items
and
Electrical Related Items
checklists
on the following pages may be used as a guide. (Many of the items on the lists should already
have been checked by the electrician as covered earlier.)
Follow the checklists and perform all required inspections. Once the inspection has been
completed, insert MDE-4226, less your copy, in the dispenser electronic cabinet away from
and not touching any electronic components. Forms should be provided with each unit, if not,
contact the Gilbarco Veeder-Root Distributor. It is only necessary to complete the station
electrical inspection portions of the form (List 3) per form, per unit, at the station.
Note: Make copies of the checklists in this manual for actual use in order to preserve the
originals for future use. In this manner, you will always have an original to copy for use
in the future.
