9. Optional equipment 

 

9.1 Foot switch 

 
The MLL/MLK is optional available including a foot switch for 2 electric motors. 

The advantage of this option is that you have both hands free during treatment. 
 

9.2 Smart-Thermo heater 

 

WARNING

 

1.  Do not use the option Smart-Thermo when your customer 

  has got a pacemaker. 

  is pregnant. 

  is affected by thrombosis. 

  suffers from pain due to unknown reasons.

2.  Do  not  cover  the  MLL/MLK  with  blankets,  towels,  clothes  etc.  while 

the  heater  is  running;  otherwise  heat  accumulation  can  occur.  RISK 
OF FIRE! 

3.  Do  not  exceed  the  default  values  set  by  the  manufacturer  (pre-

heating  period  approx.  6  minutes;  treatment  heating-level  approx 
30%, 3 LEDs)

 

when programming the heater yourself. 

4.  When  the  treatment  is  stopped  prematurely,  cancel  the  Smart-

Thermo  function  by  pressing  the  OFF-button  on  the  HCP*  to  avoid 
heat accumulation. 

5.  Disconnect  the  unit  from  the  mains  when  it  is  not  used  for  a  longer 

period of time.

 Heater 

 
The lying surface can be heated to maximize the treatment comfort. You can set 10 

heating  levels  using  the  HCP.  For  quick  heating  of  a  cold  lying  surface,  after 
starting the heater will operate with max. power during the pre-heating period. The 

parameters  of  the  heater  can  be  programmed  and  saved  if  desired.  Check  the 
current  temperature  before  using  the  MLL/MLK.  Disconnect  the  unit  from  the 
mains when it is not used for a longer period of time, e.g. during the night.
