Monitoring and control software
The
UPSmon
software provides effective and intuitive management of the UPS, displaying all the most
important information, such as input voltage, load applied, and battery capacity.
It is also able to automatically effect operations such as shutdown, transmission of e-mails, SMS and network
messages when particular events that can be selected by the user occur.
Installation procedure:

Connect the UPS’s RS232 communication port to a COM communication port on the PC by means of
the serial cable provided

or connect the USB port on the UPS to a USB port on the PC using a USB
standard cable

Insert the CD-ROM and select the desired operating system.
•
Follow the instructions of the installation program.

folder of the CD-ROM supplied.

Configuration software
The
UPSTools
software may be used for configuration and full display of the parameters and status of the
UPS through the RS232 serial port.

Installation procedure:

Connect the RS232 communication port of the UPS to a COM communication port on the PC by means
of the serial cable provided
