操作說明

焗爐隨機附有:

(A)烤架

(B)烤盤和三腳架

 

數位1-5表示焗爐內放置烤架或烤盤

的不同位置。

•  焗爐內部有供烤架或烤盤放置的位置。放入烤架時請確保烤架兩側放置在同一高度上。烤架上

設有安全裝置以防止意外滑出。將烤架放上側架後,先輕輕抬起放置架的前部以繞過安全裝

置,再將烤架推入焗爐至完全滑入放置架。

•  取出烤架時,請先將烤架向外輕輕拉出。當烤架停止後,輕輕抬起前部以繞過安全裝置,再取

出烤架。

•  正確放置後,烤架和烤盤應平衡放置。

烘培時

•  建議使用焗爐附帶的托盤;

•  烘烤蛋糕的時候應選用層架,因為它的導熱性好,還可以節省能源和縮短時間。

•  在立體加熱模式(頂部及底部加熱)下烤蛋糕時,不推薦使用光面的托盤,請用錫紙鋪墊於蛋

糕底部。

•  在蛋糕取出焗爐前,可用木棒檢查是否熟透(如果蛋糕熟了插入蛋糕的木棒拿出來時應該乾燥

並且乾淨)。

•  在關掉焗爐之後建議把蛋糕繼續留在焗爐裡5分鐘。
