3.炒
Stir-Fry
按「功能」鍵三次，此時「炒」對應圖案亮，再按下「開始/停止」鍵，進入加
熱工作狀態，當內鍋達到一定的溫度後，然後在內鍋內放少許油，將食物放進內
鍋翻炒，翻炒完成後，按「開始/停止」鍵停止加熱煮食工作。（該功能預設溫
度為240℃，時間為15分鐘。）
在選擇此功能表與工作過程中都可以調節此功能的時間與溫度，時間可調節範圍
為「0：01
~
0：30」，溫度可調節範圍為50
~
240℃，完成工作時間後，自動轉至
待機狀態。

4.煮
Boil
將水倒進物盤內，蓋上蓋子，注意物盤內的水不能高於最高刻度線（MAX），按「
功能」鍵四次，此時「煮」對應圖案亮，再按下「開始/停止」鍵，進入加熱工
作狀態。（該功能預設溫度為150℃，時間為25分鐘。）
在選擇此功能表與工作過程中都可以調節此功能的時間與溫度，時間可調節範圍
為「0：01
~
9：59」，溫度可調節範圍為100
~
240℃，完成工作時間後，自動轉
至保溫狀態。

5.油炸
Deep Fry
先將油倒入不黏內鍋裡，倒入時，油不能過多，最好為安全刻度線（MAX）以
下，避免當食物放入油炸籃時，油溢出。按「功能」鍵五次，此時「油炸」對
應圖案亮，再按下「開始/停止」鍵，進入加熱工作狀態。此時，全功率1500W工
作，當油溫達到180℃後，變頻為1000W工作加熱，功率顯示為M。當油溫下降到
170℃左右，再次1500W工作，功率顯示為H，以此循環。油炸開始，油溫達到一
定溫度後，將食物放入炸籃裡，再放進油鍋裡炸熟，油炸完成後，按下「開始/
停止」鍵停止到待機狀態。（該功能預設溫度為180℃，時間為30分鐘。）
在選擇此功能表與工作過程中都可以調節此功能的時間與溫度，時間可調節範圍
為「0：01
~
9：59」，溫度可調節範圍為180

Firstly, pour oil inside the heating pot. Do not pour excess oil into the pot as oil may spill
out. Press “FUNCTION” five times, the deep fry indicator lights up. Press the “START/
STOP” button, and the programme begins. The cooker starts operating at 1,500W. Once
the temperature reaches 180 degrees, the cooker switches its power to 1,000W and the
display shows M for power rating. When the temperature drops to around 170 degrees,
the cooker returns to operating at 1,500W and the display shows the power rating as H.
This cycle repeats. When the oil reaches a certain temperature put food into the basket
and place inside the non-stick heating pot to fry. Press “START/STOP” to stop when you
finish deep frying. (Default temperature 180
℃
