Errors and causes overview

The light source does not react to
the radio remote control
The radio remote control has not been
connected to the control unit
Train the radio remote control for the
control unit.

Battery of radio remote control empty Replace the battery

Restore the mains voltage. The settings
are retained in the radio remote
control.

If all other possible causes have been
eliminated, please contact the furniture

A light source is flashing
continuously
The radio remote control has lost the
connection during training
Train the radio remote control for the
control unit.

All light source are flashing
short circuit
Check cables and plugs and eliminate
short circuit.
The LEDs of one light source are
weaker than those of other
comparable light sources
It is possible that too many lamps have
been connected to a single control unit
Depending on the control unit, you can
connect a maximum of 36 Watts, or a
maximum of 60 Watts to a single slot.
The lamps should be distributed over
the multipoint slots.
Defective lamp
If all other possible causes have been
eliminated, please contact the furniture
store.
A light source is emitting cool
white light, while all others are
emitting warm white light.
The light source affected was supplied
at a later time, and belongs to a follow-
up delivery made after having
implemented changes.
Please request a reverse polarity cable
(article AVLK). Inserting this reverse
polarity cable between the cells and the
control unit will ensure proper polarity
for the light source.
Light source polarity reversed
One of several light sources does
not work.
Loose plug connection
Plug in the plug-and-socket connections
between light source and distributor at
the control unit.
Inspect for cable breaks, i.e., check
whether the cable has been kinked
strongly at any point or whether there
is any other interruption
If so, please contact the furniture store
Defective light source
If all other possible causes have been
eliminated, please contact the furniture
store.
