Unlock the receiver by pressing the RCU button on the front panel
of the receiver. A red LED will light indicating that the RCU is
unlocked. Highlight the desired language for the receiver menus.
If required, press the remote control navigation DOWN arrow to
select an alternative language. Press OK to accept the language and
go to next screen.
A Signal Level reading of 50% or
better indicates that the receiver is
connected to a functioning LNBF.
Signal Quality readings below 15%
indicate that the dish is not properly
aimed or the LNBF properly rotated
to receive the satellite signal.

This screen shot indicates that
the receiver is not connected to a
LNBF. The meters show that there
is no Signal Level or Signal Quality
readings. Check to make sure that a
coax cable is attached from the LNB
IN port on the rear of the satellite
receiver to the LNBF on the satellite
dish.

Press the
i
button on the remote control two times to
display the Signal Level and Signal Quality Meter.
Connect the Receiver to the LNBF on the dish.
