Warranty
The warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.
If the product malfunctions under normal use within the warranty period,
you can claim repair of product.
To apply for warranty, register your product serial number with your local
reseller.
Only registered products will be accepted for repair or service.
If the warranty period expires, repairs and services can be provided only if
expenses paid by the customer.
In cases below, repairs may require expense payment by the customer.
- If the product has been reassembled or disassembled or has been
damaged by the customer.
- Damages due to force majeure such as earthquakes, thunderstorms, etc.
- Using power cables other than that which were provided by the
manufacturer.
- Dropping or damaging the product through any means – accidental or
on purpose.
- Product has been exposed to extremes in temperature and humidity.
Warranty repairs are available only in the country where the product is
purchased.
