Air Filter
It is very important to maintain an air fi lter in proper condition.
Damage to the generator may arise if the fi lter has:
• Improperly been serviced.
• Dirt and other foreign elements adhering to the fi lter due to improper installation and
engine wear.
NOTE:
ALWAYS keep the fi lter clean at all times.
Fuel Tank Filter
1.
Remove the fuel tank cap and fi lter.
2. Clean the fi lter with solvent, if damaged, replace.
3. Wipe the fi lter and insert it.
WARNING:
Be sure the tank cap is securely tightened.
Air Filter Maintainence
1. Remove side cover.
2. Unscrew
bolts.
3. Remove air fi lter cover.
4. Remove foam air fi lter.
5. Clean
fi lter in foam fi lter cleaner or kerosene and dry.
6. Re-oil with fi lter oil.
7. Squeeze out excess oil do not wring out.
8. Refi t to machine and reassemble.
