Installing the Battery
We highly recommend using the specified rechargeable lithium-ion battery to realize the
fully capability of your digital video camera. Charge the battery before using the digital
video camera. Make sure that the power of the digital video camera is off before inserting
or removing the battery.
1.
Slide the battery cover in the direction of the [OPEN] arrow.
2.
Insert the battery in the correct orientation, as shown.
3.
Close the battery cover.
Charging the Battery
Using the optional AC power adapter may
charge the battery or operate the digital
video camera as power supply. Make sure
that the power of the digital video camera is
off and then insert the battery before
starting.
