OUTRIGGER COMPONENTS

5 Attach a lifting strap from an overhead crane to

the lug on the rod end of the cylinder.

6 Remove the pin retaining fasteners from

outrigger cylinder rod-end pivot pin.

7 Place a rod through the hole in the outrigger

cylinder rod-end pivot pin and twist to remove
the pin. Remove the outrigger cylinder rod-end
pivot pin from the machine.

8 Raise the cylinder to a vertical position.

9 Remove the pin retaining fasteners from the

outrigger cylinder barrel-end pivot pin.

10 Place a rod through the hole in the outrigger

cylinder barrel-end pivot pin and twist to
remove the pin. Remove the outrigger cylinder
barrel-end pivot pin from the machine.

Crushing hazard. The outrigger
cylinder could fall if not properly
supported when the pivot pin is
removed from the machine.

Component damage hazard. The
solenoid valve can be damaged.
Use caution when removing the
cylinder from the machine.
