Check the Turntable Rotation
Bearing Bolts
Maintaining proper torque on the turntable bearing
bolts is essential to safe machine operation.
Improper bolt torque or torque sequence could
result in an unsafe operating condition and
component damage.
1 Be sure that each turntable rotation bearing
mounting bolt securing the turntable to the
rotate bearing (above the turntable) is torqued
in sequence to specification. See below.
Bearing-to-turntable bolt torque sequence
2 Working through the bearing bolt access, be
sure that each turntable rotation bearing
mounting bolt above the turntable is torqued in
sequence to specification. See below.
The rotate bearing bolt access is
located next to the turntable rotate
motor.
