Channel Alarm Mask Configuration Screens
At the SRM-6 Configuration menu, press
4
and then press
Enter
to configure alarms on
channels 1 through 6.
The Channel Alarm Configuration screen, shown below, illustrates the
selections for Channel 1.

Special Considerations
Masks set at the Channel Interface Alarm Mask Configuration screen are applied to alarm events
displayed at the Alarm Monitor screen. However, the Interface Status screen will always show the
status of all interface signals without masking.
When alarm conditions are set as Reported and the alarm is active, the SRM-6 will send a trap via
the SCM.

Reported; Mixed is a read-only status.

Return to Previous Menu
Returns to the SRM-6 Configuration screen without saving
channel alarm configuration changes to the unit.

Save
Saves channel alarm configuration changes to the unit.
[0]
Return to Main Menu
Exits the Configuration menu and returns to the SRM-6 Main
Menu.
