9 Functional
description
The GEMÜ CleanStar
®
C67 is a plastic
diaphragm valve. The external bonnet parts
are made of PVDF. The diaphragm is made
of PTFE / EPDM. Optical position indicator,
integrated mounting base with flexible slots,
leak detection port and a travel stop are
standard features.
Difference between versions:
HPW:
High level of purity
Suitable for High Purity applications /
cleanroom
2/2-way and T bodies available
(PVDF: only 2/2-way bodies)
Valve body in PFA
Valve body in PVDF only with 1/2" union
ends
HPS:
Lower level of purity than for HPW version
Suitable for applications that need not
comply with High Purity standards
2/2-way body available
Valve body in PP
Diverse accessories are available, such as
flaring mandrel, service tool for flare union
nuts.
