6. Hold the brush cutter firmly and quickly pull out the starter rope until
the engine starts. The engine now draws in fuel, "bubbles" and after a
while switches itself off.
7. Now turn the choke lever to the open position to allow air to enter
the engine and restart the engine.
8. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before starting work.
Note: When restarting the engine immediately after stopping it, leave
the choke lever open.
Stopping engine:
1. Release the throttle trigger and run the engine for half a minute.
2. Turn the switch to the OFF position.
WARNING: Except in an emergency, avoid stopping the engine while
holding the throttle.
Adjusting idling speed:
1. If the engine tends to stop frequently in idle mode, turn the adjusting
screw clockwise.
2. If the cutting head still rotates after releasing the throttle trigger, turn
the adjusting screw counterclockwise.
NOTE: Warm up the engine before adjusting the idling speed.
