CONNECTING THE 3GSDI TO 3GSDI SCALER
How to Connect the 3GSDI to 3GSDI Scaler
1. Connect a 3GSDI source to the In A connector on the 3GSDI to 3GSDI Scaler.
2. Connect the Out A port on the back of the Scaler to a 3GSDI display. The 3GSDI
destination cab be mirrored by connecting a BNC cable from the Out B port to a
secondary 3GSDI display.
3. Connect a coax cable from the S/PDIF output to an external amplifier.
4. If monitoring of the 3GSDI source is desired, connect a BNC cable from the Loop Out
A connector to the 3GSDI display. The Loop Out connectors pass-through the source
signal without any processing.
5. Connect the included AC power cord from the power receptacle to an available
electrical outlet.
6. Power the 3GSDI to 3GSDI Scaler by pressing the power switch on the rear of the
unit.

NOTE: In order to output dual link 1080p when using HD-SDI,
both the Out A and Out B must be connected to the 3GSDI display.
WARNING: This product should always be connected to a
grounded electrical socket.
