9.2 Play Messages on TAM
If you have new messages, the display w ill show e.g. 02/05 MSGS, w hich means you
have 2 new message out of total 5 messages. New messages are played first, and
then are saved as old messages, until they are deleted. Old messages are played
again after all new messages are played completely.
Using the base direct key:
In idle:
1. Press
PLAY/STOP
to listen to messages and memos.
2. Press
PLAY/STOP
if you w ant to stop the playback.
3. Press
once if you w ant to repeat the current message from the beginning, or
press tw ice to skip back to the previous message during message playback.
4. Press
if you w ant to skip forw ard to the next message during message playback.
5. Press
DELETE
if you w ant to delete the current message being played.
Using the base menu:
1. Press
MENU/OK
and
/
to select
ANS. MACHINE
.
2. Press
MENU/OK
to show
MSG PLAYBACK
.
3. Press
MENU/OK
to start playing back the messages from speakerphone.

Using the base menu:
1. Press

to select
DELETE ALL
.
3. Press
MENU/OK
.
4. Press
MENU/OK
again to confirm delete all old messages.
Using the base direct key:
Press and hold
DELETE
to delete all the old messages.
NOTE:
You cannot delete new messages, so you w ill have to play them before trying to delete.
