Operation
Deburr
DANGER
Risk of injury and fire due to
chips and flying sparks
▶ Turn the protection device in
the operating direction
before starting work
▶ Wear personal protective
equipment and protective
goggles
▶ Only carry out work when no
other people are in the
danger area (vicinity of 10
m)
▶ Remove explosive,
combustible and heat-
sensitive materials from the
working area or protect them
from flying sparks
▶ In buildings that can fall
victim to fire, observe the
fire and police regulations
and ensure that there is a
fire watch on duty after work
The electronics regulate the
rotational frequency as the load
increases. In the event of extreme
electromagnetic interference from
outside, temporary fluctuations in
speed can occur.
Prerequisite
– The workpiece is secured with a fixture
or vice.
– The protective sphere is available on
the milling cutter.

Hold the pipe deburrer tight directly
behind the protection device and
hold it against the pipe.

Switching on the pipe deburrer:
Slide the switch back and press it
downwards at the front to lock it.

Deburr inside: Move the milling
cutter along the inner diameter.

Deburr outside: Move the milling
cutter along the outer diameter.

Switching off the pipe deburrer:
Press the switch downwards at the
back and release.
