Fire risk due to flying sparks
▶ Remove explosive, combustible and heat-sensitive
materials from the working area or protect them from flying
sparks.
▶ Provide fire-fighting material in buildings that can fall victim
to fire.
▶ In buildings that can fall victim to fire, ensure that there is
a fire watch on duty after work.
WARNING
Risk of injury from inattention and incorrect handling
▶ Hold the tool with both hands.
▶ Always keep milling cutters sharp and clean
▶ Do not put the tool down until it has come to a standstill.
▶ Do not use the tool when working overhead.
▶ Always hold the tool away from your body when working.
WARNING
Risk of injury from switching on inadvertently
▶ Switch the tool off in the event of a power failure.
▶ Disconnect the mains plug before starting any
maintenance work on the tool.
