Rectifying malfunctions
Malfunction Cause Rectification
Water jet too weak
Tap aerator dirty
▶ Clean the tap aerator. → See "Cleaning

Basket filter clogged
▶ Clean the basket filter. → See

Pipe pressure too low ▶ Contact a skilled person.
No flush actuation
Pipe pressure too low ▶ Contact a skilled person.
Network failure ▶ Check the power supply.
Batteries dead or rechargeable battery
empty
▶ Replace batteries or charge
rechargeable battery for generator
operation. → See "Replacing the

Technical fault ▶ Contact a skilled person.
Water runs
continuously
Technical fault
▶ Shut off water supply and contact a
skilled person.
Unwanted flow of
water, either too
soon or delayed
IR window is dirty or wet ▶ Clean or dry the IR window.
IR window scratched ▶ Contact a skilled person.
Detection distance of the IR sensor not
set correctly
▶ Contact a skilled person.
Water drips from the
tap housing
Technical fault
▶ Shut off water supply and contact a
skilled person.
Red LED flashes
during flush
