Service Mode
The dishwasher is programmed with a service mode to aid the technician in troubleshooting the dishwasher.
Each component may be cycled to detect if it is functioning correctly. Components are cycled by pressing
keypads on the control panel.
To enter the service mode:
• Put the dishwasher in standby mode.
• On front control models, press Key#8 and Key#4 simultaneously.
• On top control models, press Heated Dry and Select Cycle simultaneously.
If performed correctly, the control will respond with two beeps and all LEDs will illuminate for 4 seconds.
To exit the service mode, press the Start/Reset keypad at any time. The dishwasher will automatically exit
service mode if the keypad is inactive for 5 minutes.
