Pizza Oven Modes (Cont.)

NY-Style Pizza

■   

This mode is best suited for New York-style pizza, with 

a thin crust that is firm enough to support the toppings 

when folded in half to eat.

■   

Place pizza on the cooking surface, not the oven rack.

■   

You will be prompted to select a temperature. This will be 

the temperature of the cooking surface. We recommend 

500°F as a starting point. You may need to adjust the 

cooking surface temperature based on the type of dough 

used.

■   

The oven will move through a series of four steps and 

will prompt you to proceed where needed.

1.   Select 

Options

 to select your Pizza Mode and 

temperature. 

2. 

Preheat. 

Do not place food in the oven yet.

3.  

Ready to Cook. 

You will be prompted to place food in 

the oven and press 

START

.

4.  

Cooking. 

Your pizza will cook quickly! Monitor its 

progress through the door window.

5.  

Finish.

 When you open the door and remove your 

pizza, you will be prompted to 

PRESS 1 FOR 

ANOTHER PIZZA.

 If you plan to cook another pizza, 

PRESS 1

 and the oven will preheat again to prepare 

for the next pizza. Do not place food in the oven until it 

displays 

Ready to Cook

 again. 

    If not cooking another pizza, be sure to turn the oven 

off.

Pan Pizza

■   

This mode is best suited for pan-style pizza, with a thick 

and deep crust contained within a deep pan.

■   

Place pan and pizza on the cooking surface, not the 

oven rack.

■   Use a cast iron rectangular pan for best results.
■   

You will be prompted to select an oven temperature, not 

a cooking surface temperature. We recommend 500° as 

a starting oven temperature.

■   

The oven will move through a series of three steps and 

will prompt you to proceed where needed.

more quickly than a normal oven would.

Place frozen pizza on the cooking surface, not the oven 

rack

not a cooking surface temperature. Set the oven 

temperature to the package recommended temperature.

■   

The oven will move through a series of three steps and 

will prompt you to proceed where needed.
