Surface Lamp Assemblies

The surface lamp assemblies are located on the 
bottom of the microwave oven.

To remove the surface lamp assemblies:

Remove the Phillips-head screw from the 

1. 

surface lens panel on the bottom of the 
microwave oven cabinet and open the panel.

Surface Lamps

The surface lamp is a 12VAC, 10 watt lamp (part 
number WB36X10177).

To remove the surface lamps:

Remove the Phillips-head screw from the 

1. 

surface lens panel on the bottom of the 
microwave oven cabinet and open the panel.

2.  Remove 2 Phillips-head screws (1 on each side) 

from the lamp socket.

3.  Lift the lamp assembly up and out of the oven.

2.  Carefully pull the halogen bulb out of the socket.
