REMOVE THE REFRIGERATOR DOORS (Continued)

forward from underneath the center hinge.
While continuing to hold the door upright,
guide the wire harness(es), ground wire and
water line through the bottom hinge pin.
K. Remove the refrigerator door and place it on
a soft, covered surface to avoid damage to
the finish.
L. Measure the depth of the refrigerator, without
the doors, to determine whether or not it is
necessary to remove the center and bottom
hinges.
NOTE: There is no need to remove the
center and bottom hinges from the cabinet,
if you can now fit the refrigerator through the
doorway.

O. Tape down the door light switch plungers, as
shown, and protect the electrical wiring and
water line connections to avoid damaging
them when moving the refrigerator through
the doorway.
P. Move the refrigerator to its final location before
replacing the doors.

REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR DOORS
A. Remove the tape from the door light switch
plungers, and if removed, reinstall the bottom
and center hinges to the cabinet.
B. Make sure the inner and outer cams are
on the bottom hinge. Push down on the
inner cam while turning the outer cam
counterclockwise until it is level with the top of
the inner cam.
C. With one person holding the left-hand door,
thread the electrical and water connections
from the door through the bottom hinge pin.
D. Set the refrigerator door onto the bottom
hinge pin and close the door.
E. Place the outer cam over the center hinge
hole so that the smooth, flat side of the cam
is against the center hinge.
F. Holding the center hinge pin so that the
groove in the pin is closer to the refrigerator
door, align the flat side of the pin with the flat
side of the hinge pin opening, and then insert
the hinge pin through the hinge and into the
top of the door.
NOTE: Make sure the groove
in the hinge pin is below the hinge bracket.
