you are seeing, or correct software issues
and problems.

When the laptop is connected to the internet, a code will appear here.
E-mail the code to the EVT Help Desk via the Training Department and
they will contact the vendor. Leave the laptop powered on, connected to
the internet, and all power settings set to "never". Also disable the
screensaver. The vendor needs the laptop running, if it is in sleep mode
they are unable to log on remotely.
