Description: Allows an extension user to transfer incoming calls automatically to another
extension.
Example: The user of extension of 805 has to go to another office (extension number is 807)
for some business. He activates Call Forwarding on his extension so that all calls
to extension 805 are transferred to extension 807 automatically.
