Installation
10. Remove the four Beam Control Unit screws from the
rack bars.
11. Slide the Beam Control Unit into the electronic rack
from the front of the Control Cabinet.
12. Secure the Beam Control Unit to the rack bars with the
four screws.
13. Open the Control Cabinet back door.
14. Fit the g grro ou un nd d cca ab blle ess (10) to the High Voltage Unit.

Make sure that the ground cables do not block the air flow of the fans. Position them on the sides
of the lower fan.
15. Fit the g grro ou un nd d cca ab blle ess (9) to the Beam Control Unit.

Note the mounting order of the three cables; the biggest cable eye closest to the rear plate of the
High Voltage Unit, and then smaller and smaller.
16. Connect cable JJ7 7 (8) to the Beam Control Unit.
