
4.3 Final Set-Up and Test
To test the set-up and ensure that the frequency converter is running, follow these steps.
Step 1. Locate the motor name plate

Step 2. Enter the motor name plate data in this parameter list.
To access this list first press the [QUICK MENU] key then select “Q2 Quick
Setup”.

Step 3. Activate the Auto Tune
Performing an auto tune will ensure optimum performance. The auto tune measures the values from the motor model equivalent diagram.

Choose between complete or reduced auto tune. If an LC filter is mounted, run only the reduced auto tune, or remove the LC filter during the auto tune
procedure.
3.
Press the [OK] key. The display shows “Press [Hand] to start”.

Press the [Hand] key. A progress bar indicates if the auto tune is in progress.
