current message. The unit will stop playback and
may ask you to confirm your decision.
After you have selected the messages to be erased
and have reached the last message, the unit will

To Erase All Old Messages:
Press
ERASE MSG
while the unit is in Idle mode.
The unit confirms your decision, updates message
count and displays “
Erasing selected message(s)....
Please wait...
.” It may take up to 17 minutes in the
worst case for the unit to complete this task
before it is ready for other operations.
During this task the unit is silent and will not
respond to any key or incoming call.
After new messages have been played, the
display will show the total number of
messages in memory.
8. Release

when you finish
speaking.
The unit will playback the greeting for
confirmation.

The unit plays the default greeting for
confirmation of erasure.

The unit will show the number of total
messages or new messages in the display. It
also shows the message number, date and
time information, caller ID name and
number for each message when available.

The unit will automatically stop recording
when any phone extension is picked up.
The message recorded prior to this action
will be kept and will increase the message
counter on the display.

when accessing messages from home, but
