UNCTIONS
When the answerer is on, the green ANSWER ON will be lit. When the unit receives a call,
the display will light and remain lit until the calls are retrieved.
This unit is supplied with 8 greetings. Six have default greetings that can be recorded over.
It is recommended that you use Greeting 1 for general callers. Use Greetings 2
through 5 for custom messages. For example:
Greeting 1:
“Sorry I can’t take your call right now. But if you leave your name
and number after the beep, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.”
Greeting 2:
“Hi Mom. I’m out shopping with Cindy right now. I should be back
by six. Let me know what time lunch is tomorrow.”
Greeting 3:
“Hi Shaun. Our dinner reservations are at 8, so I’ll pick you up at
7:30. See you soon.”
Greeting 4:
“Hey Gena. I thought of the best present for Dad’s birthday! Let me
know when you’ll be home and I’ll call you back.”
Greeting 5:
“Hi Dawn. Sally’s recital got cancelled, so I won’t be able to go to
lunch on Thursday. Let me know what day will be good for you next week.”
DEFAULT GREETINGS:
Greeting 1: “Please leave your message after
the tone.”
Greeting 2: “Please leave your message after
the tone.”
Greeting 3: “Please leave your message after
the tone.”
Greeting 4: “Please leave your message after
the tone.”
Greeting 5: “Please leave your message after
the tone.”
Greeting 6: “Please leave your message after
the tone or unblock your call and try again.”
Greeting 7: “Your blocked call is not
accepted.”
Greeting 8: “Your call is not accepted.”
